TRADITIONAL PINK GIN
Classic allure in every sip: Traditional Pink Gin featuring IDL's Ascot Pink Gin and Angostura Bitter.
Ingredients
Ascot Pink Gin - 50 ml
Angostura Bitter - 03 dashes
Lime Peel.
Method
Swirl the Angostura Bitter and splash of water around in a cocktail glass. Remove the water, leave the glass with a bitter rinse. Add the Gin over lots of ice to a mixing glass, stir well and strain into the cocktail glass, drop the Lime peel to the drink while sifting the lime peel aroma to the drink.
