Ascot Dry Gin - 50 ml
Fresh Lime Juice - 25 ml
Sugar Syrup - 10 ml
Lime Cordial - 15 ml
Fresh Basil - 06 Nos.
Method
Add the basil leaves and Gin to the cocktail shaker, muddle gently 4 to 5 times until the basil leaves are crushed, then add the lime juice, cordial, sugar syrup, and fill up with Ice. Shake until the cocktail is chilled, strain in to a Champaign saucer, splash of Soda water, if desired.
