Ascot Dry Gin - 50 ml
Fresh Lime Juice - 5 ml
Sugar Syrup - 5 ml
Ginger Ale
Grenadine Syrup - 1 teaspoon
Fresh Ginger - one slice
Method
Add Gin, Lime and sugar syrup over an iced filled Collins glass. Stir really well until mix and outside of the glass feels cold. Top up with Ginger Ale, add Grenadine Syrup using of bar spoon to "Float"
