On Friday, March 21, Old Reserve had an amazing masterclass on the Arrack, held at Galadari Hotel in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Antonio Parlapiano from Jerry Thomas Project Rome in Italy, took Colombo Bar Managers and Bartenders through the history of this spirit.
In this event, Sossio Del Prete, one of the winners of the Italy competition impressed the participants with his extraordinary cocktails from Antonio’s recipes.
