GINGER MOJITO
Revitalize your palate with Ginger Mojito: IDL's Calypso White Rum, lime, mint, and invigorating ginger beer.
Ingredients
Calypso White Rum - 50 ml
Mint Leaves - 10 Nos
Fresh Lime Juice - 15 ml
Ginger Beer
Method
Muddle the mint with the juice gently until it has released its "minty goodness", in the bottom of a Collins glass, add the Calypso Rum, fill the glass with ice, pour Ginger Beer and stir until the glass becomes frosty, top up with crushed ice if desired.
